Ukrainian current affairs publication Novoye Vremya has released its annual survey of the country’s most valuable brands, with mineral water producer Morshinska ranked as the number one Ukrainian brand for 2018.
The second and third places in the top ten went to delivery service Nova Poshta and e-commerce company Rozetka, which has been dubbed “the Amazon of Ukraine”. Rozetka also took the title for biggest gains among the ranking’s leaders with an estimated 36% increase in brand value over the past year, reflecting the rapid growth of the internet commerce sector in Ukraine.
Vodka brands Khortytsa and Nemiroff occupied sixth and eighth positions respectively, while President Poroshenko’s Roshen confectionary brand ranked seventh nationally.
